One Night in Persia

Share

I was supposed to take a break from blogging this week. Guess not.

Last Saturday, for all those who did not come for The Burn, you would be interested to know that all who stepped into the building that night were supernaturally transported a few thousand years back in time to Persia. It was no surprise to see Henry there however.
 :) Sorry bro

The kind King of that age and his loyal subjects were all too welcoming to the visitors.

Overjoyed to see visitors, the King threw a party where delicious Persian food was served, specially prepared by Ehsan and friends, who also happened to be guests. Thank you so much guys

In case, you did not know, Ehsan and his friends are all from Iran, and as we will soon see, they contributed a lot to the event that took place that night.

After dinner, the King's story teller of the night - Shaun Cox, invited everyone into the hall King's palace. Once inside, a special reporter from Africa - Hayley Gowl, interviewed Ehsan about his country. Ehsan told us about some Iranian culture among other things.

The image below shows, Ehsan, Alladin, and Hayley - the interviewer.

Soon after, Arash, one of Ehsan's friends showed us how to dance, Iranian style. Everyone in the palace joined in and danced to some Iranian music.

After, dancing, singing, eating and drinking drinks that Henry sold ( His job back a few thousand years ago when he was working for the King), everyone, including the king sat down and ate pistachios, while listening to a story by the story teller - Shaun.

Shaun told a remarkable true story about a young boy, who grew up to be a man, who lived close to Persia, two thousand years ago, who saved everyone who ever lived, and will ever live on the planet.

After Shaun's preach story, the King was satisfied, and everyone decided to dance again! - especially the King's loyal servant - Ryan.

At about 10pm, everyone was transported back to Malaysia in current time, and Henry was still there - a few thousand years later.
